Ok, here is a really cute hairstyle that I cannot wait to try out! First you side part your hair, and section off two pieces to be the tiny french braids that go across your head like a crown. I dont have any pictures for this..but I wear my hair like this to school all the time. Its really simple to do, and you can always wear your hair like this if you're having a bad hair day. You can do this style when your hair is damp or when it is dry. If you want to curl the ends, though, your hair needs to be dry.

1. Part your hair on your left, and rub some anti-frizz serum onto your hair.

2. Separate all of your hair into two sections (like you are going to make pigtails) and tie off the left side.

3. French braid the right side of your hair, and braid as close as possible to the ends.

4. Take out the ponytail holder on the left side and bring it around to your right ear, gathering the french braid (like your making a low side ponytail) and use a ponytail holder to tie your hair right under your right ear.

5. Now take out the ponytail holder at the end of the braid. You should end up with a braid down the right side of your head with a low side ponytail behind your right ear.

6. Smooth on a curl enhancing creme and curl the ends of your hair with a curling iron (1/2 inch would work best)

7. Wrap a ponytail holder with a fake flower on it that matches your outfit (try claires..they have some there) around the base of the ponytail.

cut an inch off, keep the sideswept bangs (maybe ask her not to cut them, long sideswept bangs are very pretty), and maybe ask her to make angled layers around your face. Get a trim with a side part. Like just over your mid eyebrow, choose left of right side eye. Get your hair tips dyed 2 shades lighter or darker. Even though I just don't like that hair do, it would look good on you.

You can. . .

-put it in a poof. comb a smaller sized section on your hair then back comb it and clip some bobbie pins in it and spray lots of hair spray in it. the rest of your hair can be curly or straight!

[all the celebs do this especially the olsen twins]

-leave it straight or curly and put in a chunky head band that will match your outfit.

-pull it into a ponytail with your hair straight. leave out the side bangs.

-try a messy bun with straight hair only. leave out the side bangs.

For scene hair, make sure you have a side fringe, and have the bottom layer of your hair really long - longer than other lays. If you're getting it done at a salon you can find a picture from www.photobucket.com and search 'scene hair' and find a picture that you like and print it and show your hair stylist and they will get it done for you.

Scene hair consist of chompy layers.

You also need hair products like hair spray etc... and need to know how to tease your hair!

I agree with the cap suggestion.....stick the ponytail thru the hole in the back when putting it on.

Or maybe going a bit shorter on the length( like just above the shoulders) and just pulling the top part back.

OR pulling the top part back in a ponytail and then another ponytail with the rest of the hair the top half included.

French braid is another good suggestion, but you'd have to learn how to do it....maybe have a hair stylist teach you, but then you really to have practice on yourself too (which can be frustrating). I never learned (although I tried), but I always had friends who could do it for me.

Try a flexi rod set. Looks nice on long hair. They are tube like roller you can find in a beauty supply store and you basically roll the hair wet, dry it completely and then take down to finger style.

you can put it in a bit or a french twist maybe they both look pretty professional. as long as your work clothes look nice and clean and pressed im sure it wont matter what you wear as your hair:)

A bun put up with kirby grips looks very nice and fashionable or else you could just grab parts of your hair and just twist them and put them up with your kirby grips and use a little bit of hairspray to keep it up. If you go for the bun, just start of with a ponytail roundabout the middle of your head, divide it into 2 parts, start with one part and begin rolling it around the bobble, making it firm with the grips.

Im a black gurl with long hair not that long but long I have like onlt two styles i do to my hair .?

first never use grese on hair only on scalp just alittle try using a light non greasy hair creme like perm repair,thenput a small part in the middle going back gel down each side alittleand then put good size rollers over night and tie it down or curling iron if you have timeit will look nice if you do it right like some drop curls dont comb out the curls style with figers then finish with an olive oil oil sheen you go girl!

if udidnt want it cut u should put it in spiral curls.if u dont have a spiral curling iron jsut cut up pieces of 4 rags and seperate hair into sections and roll ur hair in them and sleep in them over night.good luck

Get a perm and if you like it straight then just use it straight with headbands they usually give your hair a cool look. Or do a side pony tail just pull your hair back but to the side (preferably on the bottom of head). Cut your bangs that will always gives your face a new look and it doesn't matter if you don't fix your hair just fix your bangs, and make a bun on your hair. Or just buy a magazine for different hairstyles etc... they sell some good ones at wal mart hope this helps

Tell them to take the weight off the side by starting the cut at the crown area. That way you will leave the bang area long and shaggy and the back long and shaggy. Just taking the weight off the sides will make your hair look really great! Then take a good light mousse and run it through your hair . Be sure to go to a good stylist who knows what their doing. Don't let them take too much weight off the bottom of your hair, then it will look too stringy. I am a hairstylist. I know what I'm talking about!!

i think you should leave it curly! that 1st picture i LOVE your hair! and the second one; your hair is REALLLY pretty straight! but if you get it permantley straightened; it might not curl.. id just get highlights.. that would be reallly cute! but maybe a tone darkerr..! [the second ones on there]

Maybe just get a few blonde highlights, but not really light. With the color of your hair stay on the sandy brown side. Try more layers near your face that should help.

Ther's nothing wrong with your hair. However you feel that you wabt it to be then do it. Your hair looks nice. In the end you have to think about this somebody wants your long, curly hair. Hey! Just so you know, you're not the only one with the problem.

1) Hair half up-half down; you can also use some hair to frame your hair and/or use a curling iron to curl the hair

2) Ponytail! Nothing can go wrong, if it does, well wear your hair down for the day, there are 3 types of ponytails, High-has a lot of movement, Medium-little movement, Low- almost little to no movement.

3) If neither of those styles worked, accessorize! Headbands, Thin ones for when you are tying any part of your hair up, Wide ones when you are wearing your hair down, also using some wisps of hair to frame your face.

A good thing to do is accentuate your waves. You could 'scrunch' your hair with some gel to make the waves sexy and not frizzy.

Also, putting it up in a ponytail but leaving some of the waves down could be cute too.

Btw if the cut would look good if it was straight, curly or wavy that would be good, but mainly I wear it straight...and I have an oval face shape if that helps.

I have never had short hair before but I think that if I did have short hair, wavy hair sounds the nicest coz you don't want it to be too curly when it's already going to be short, but I think it also depends on the way you look too coz some hair styles suit some people and not others. but i would suggest you get it cut in layers and if you like it long make it go up to the middle of your back, it is easier to style your hair when it is shorter.

braids, ponytails, cute buns. Put your hair in a ponytail and then pull is half way trough It will look like a bun. take the rest of your hair and flip it the opposite way. You will need a lot of ponytail holders. After you do that keep wrapping ponytail holders in you hair until you like the way it looks. It should come out looking like a cute messy bun.

With hair that long, it will be hard to get hairstyles to hold. You may consider cutting it if you want hair designs that require curls, straightening or anything that will take forever.

A simple hairstyle for the one you have now is this:

Right after you get out of the shower spray your hair with a mixture of 2 cups of water and two tablespoons of sea salt. (Use a spray bottle to work through your long hair)

Part your hair to the side and take the front section. Braid it to the side until you hit the side of your head. Secure it with clip (bobby pins or one of those ones that snap).

Then pull your waves and the side braid into a side ponytail. It may work, but consider trimming (or cutting) your hair.

Trim it a bit and put some layers in it. That way you can still have a good long length, but with some style to it. ( If you wanted to keep it long)

If your hair is long and straight, get it professionally cut to a shorter shoulder length (or shorter) style. Ask for something choppy, or a razor cut. Of course eye makeup will make you look instantly older. Eyeliner and mascara definitely! Lipgloss is a must for a teenage girl in highschool!

just get cheap simple eyeliner,mascara,coverup,coverup powder and and eyeshadow that best goes with your skin tone.

-get blackbrown or blue eyeliner(unstobbable from dallor store[or walmart, not sure] works wonders)

-get brown,black brown,or blue mascara( azizaII from dallor store is good as well, comes with a little mirror! but im not sure if they have blackbrown,if they dont you can get blue, so if u decide to get blackbrown cause you dont want blue and they dont carry black brown, go to walmart or any retail store an get any cheap blackbrown colored mascara

for coverup liquid and powder-look in the dollar store, and see what compares best with your skin, something maybe 2-4 shades darker then youthat would hide any dark circles or blemishes, but not make u look fake. if they dont have it in the dallor store, walmart or any retail store i perfect.I go with covergirl 245-its great with me.

for eyeshadow- just go to the dallor store and look for skin toned type eyeshadow, go with something that will go with your eyes or a little darker-lighter then your skin, prolly lighter, cause your going with something darker on your face.

If your medium toned:(lucky, if you are)

for eyeliner- go with black eyeliner, found in stores i listed above

for mascara-go with black mascara, found in stores listed above

for coverup liquid and powder- go with something about a shade or 2 darker then your skin listed in the stores i listed above

for eyeshadow- you can do the same thing with ligth toned, but if your a dark medium tone go with somethign that would radiate your face, somethign shiny or glittery, but not over done,

if your dark toned:

its lucky for you to get black mascara and eyeliner

do the same thing for coverup listed above

and with eyeshadow you can really do anything! just dobt use black,dark blue,or dark pink eyeshadow, yuck! go with any lighter colored eyeshadow cause itll all look good on you!
