Do you mean outside of facility, or in the lobby of it, I also work as a Concierge for the place I work, My desk is in the lobby where all has to enter or exit, I have hair that is fine and comes to the middle of my ears, I found it easier to wear in in tight curls than to style it all the time, because some times I have to do other things to help the tenants and that means going outside when it is hot and sometimes the wind is blowing hard or it is raining. It just a choice thing to me

Well, do you know how to cornrow? You can cornrow/flat twist your hair at night and take it out in the morning so it can look somewhat crinkly! Also sometimes i just put one of those big elastic rubber bands (kind of like what the softball girls wear to get the hair out of their face) around the front edges, and that usually looks nice. You can also try to wear it up by pinning it simultaneously with bobby pins, I usually don't use any certain type of technique when i do this one and for the most part it always comes out looking nice!

With my long hair when i'm in a pinch i do the following:

part my hair on the side, put it in a pony tail (I have it looking a little messed up because of the part i hate no bump look on me) with it in a pony tail put it in a messy bun.

Oooh i just rememberd this one! with a hand full of boby pins. put it in a pony tail normal one or side and section of your hair with it in the pony tail. So for instance have 6 sections take each section and curl it with your fingers and bobby pin it with the ends sticking out. do this with all of it, and it looks so good i love it! theres the "hand-made" curls, and it still looks "edgy" because of the ends sticking out. oh' ya' i curl the ends to!

I had long hair and putting it in layres was the best thing i ever did. it makes your hair look bouncy, and it falls right into place every morning. just do a quick comb and put in a headband and your good for the day.

layers make a big difference or if you want something less drastic you can always get bangs. Bangs are a great way to change a look. They will make you look completely different and they are very in right now. If you do not want to cut your hair you can always do the poof or scrunch your hair and give it the somewhat wavy look. Using a curling iron is always a good way to change up your look, it is classy and cute. It also works very well with long hair.

nothing's more alternative then grabbing a pair of scissors, standing in front of the bathroom mirror and just chopping it up on impulse. you'll end up with what YOU want.

i cut my own hair (well, i trim it and cut bangs because i like it long) and i now cut my best friend's hair.

we were bored at 2 am and were like, "hey, let's cut your hair, gimme some scissors" and i did it... it took an hour and a half and it was really fun. she loves the cut, it was free, and it's exactly what she likes.

go for lots of bangs at different lengths and if you want, get hot pink dye or similar colors and do chunks in them.

ok im guessing ur hair is straight, A shag its really cute when u feel girly and with the right acessories and styling or none at all (literally) its really rocker emo look and for emo side bangs, and maybe brown lowlights and like a bright color for highlights unless ur over like 18 cuz then it just looks kinda stupid. (no offence all floresent hair colored people over 18) then a light red or somthing, or if ur feeling reallly really really adventerus than go BLACK (YES BLACK) cuz thats crazy emo. or a really dark brown so from a distance its black but u still feel good about it. oh yea if u still live with ur parents get the ok if ur planning 2 go pink or another color that is insanly drastic. ( just warning all 16 and under kids who want pink hair) just have fun with it or grab a knife or sissors and do it urself
